Total Body Sculpt November 9, 2021 Reviewer: Sam LoFaso from Little River, SC United States   We have several  DVD's from Gilad and love them all ,  he's one of the best trainers out there . They have all the bases covered from beginners series to advanced ,  working out all the different muscle groups . I would highly recommend his work outs to anyone who just started or has been at it for years.  I hope Gilad and his team keep at it for  years to come! Was this review helpful to you?

Very good product February 1, 2021 Reviewer: Elwin from Silver Spring, MD United States   The three DVD's  are in very good shape. There are no problems with playing the DVD's on my DVD player. The workouts are great. I have improved my body because of the workouts. Gilad's assistants on the workouts motivate you  to work out more. I did have a problem with the original shipment of the three DVD's. I received Total Body Sculpt  Vol. 3,4, and 5. Then I received the correct one after I emailed the Gilad website. all 3 DVDs' March 25, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Newtown, PA United States   Loved watching Gilad on cable, but when I dropped to basic TV they took Gilad's videos away. He is amazing and I have never felt better. I exercised my whole life, I am 70 and feel like I am 25. thank you Gilad!  The woman who answered and took my order was very friendly and helpful.
