The Best Workouts Ever May 18, 2023 Reviewer: CASSANDRA WILSON from Chicago, IL United States   I have worked out with Bodies in Motion with Gilad for over 15 years and with Total Body Sculpt. I work schedule does not allow me to work out during the Week Day as much and I missed the Shows in the Mornings. I saw the Commercial for the DVD, and 30 Anniversary and it fits my Schedule Perfectly. The ship time is Amazing, I ordered it and arrived 2 days later, this is my second order and it arrived 1 day ahead of the time given. Gilad is an inspiration February 19, 2022 Reviewer: JEFFREY L. from Leicester, NC United States   I used to do Gilad when it was on TV 20 years ago and his program helped than. fast forward 20 years and I went back to the Gilad "Quickfit" DVDs when I had to get fit again. Another Quality Workout January 10, 2022 Reviewer: Pamela Caton from Yakima, WA United States   DVDs arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The anniversary workouts are equally as fun but as effective as the workouts from 30 years ago.
