I used to do these workouts twice a day back in the day!  It's like working out with old friends.  I actually wore out my old video tapes from using them so much.  So happy to have these shows on dvd's now.   Well rounded and effective workouts.  Gilad has helped me stay in shape for over 30 years!!!  Love you guys...

I really miss seeing Gilad on TV but I really appreciate being able to workout with him using the DVDs.  I used to work out with him back in the late 80s and early 90s and have been working out with him regularly for several years again.  These DVDs came really quickly and arrived in good condition.  Please put more of these shows on DVD - I will buy them all!!
