I've been exercising with Gilad(and family) since the early eighties. For me, that's thirty plus years.  He always makes exercising fun and motivating. He explains the movements, and he chooses a variety of work outs so you're working all body parts. I'm thrilled to now have the ability to workout with Gilad at my convenience through the DVD's.
